Group Coaching

We can customize a group coaching session to full-fill the needs of your club or exercise group. We can help the group with their technique or coach a specific workout session.

Personal Training Consultation

Need help structuring your training. Our 60min consulting session will help you to plan your goals, season and we can guide you to a proper training plan.

Open Water Swimming

Join us for coached open water swim sessions tapered to triathletes. We practice everything from race starts, drafting to sighting and many more technical open water swimming elements. A swim course will be setup with small buoys. These swims will help you gain confidence and skills for your race season.

The swims are supported by coaches in Kayaks and SUPs (Stand-Up Paddleboards).

Swim – Vancouver Masters Swim Club

Learn from the best and swim with the best! All levels of swimmers are welcome. The workouts include a structured swim progression and stroke improvement. Whether you are training for a triathlon or just training for fitness, this program is for you.

Current Triathlon BC or MSABC membership required.

Evening swims:  M,W,F = 7-8pm

@ the UBC Aquatic Centre.

Running workouts

Friday night technical track running session! The runs are based on running technique and pacing. You will continue to learn how to run with a proper gait, stride, body position and how to pace yourself for your races!

Current Triathlon BC membership required.

When & Where: Fridays around UBC: 5:30pm – 6:40pm
