Vancouver Tri Team Running workouts

Friday night technical track running session! The runs are based on running technique and pacing. You will continue to learn how to run with a proper gait, stride, body position and how to pace yourself for your races!

Current Triathlon BC membership Required

When & Where: Fridays around UBC: 5:30pm – 6:40pm

Fee: $10 drop-in or $100 for the whole year
